Why Graded Ground Has to Be Guaranteed

Grading is the earthwork you cannot inspect once the concrete is poured, which is exactly why we put it in writing. Our Process

We strip and stockpile topsoil, move cut to fill to balance the site, then rough grade to within tolerance of the design. Positive slopes are set to carry water away, silt fence goes in to meet stormwater rules, and the subgrade is compacted and tested.
